Terms of Service for Charlene Mankou LLC

1. Agreement

By booking a call or purchasing coaching, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

We provide coaching and related educational content. Coaching is not therapy, legal, financial, or medical advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and actions.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to: show up on time, participate honestly, complete agreed actions, pay fees on time. Coaching requires effort. We don’t guarantee specific results.

4. Scheduling & Cancellations

- Reschedule/cancel with 24hrs notice via your calendar link

- Late cancels or no-shows forfeit the session

- We reserve right to cancel with refund if needed

5. Payments & Refunds

- Fees due before sessions unless agreed otherwise

- Packages must be used within 6 months

- No refunds after sessions are delivered. Unused sessions in a package may be refunded within 7 days of purchase, minus 10% admin fee and any sessions used.

- Chargebacks will result in termination of services

6. Confidentiality

We keep sessions confidential except: risk of harm to self/others, abuse of a minor, or if required by law. You agree not to record sessions or share our materials without permission.

7. Intellectual Property

All worksheets, frameworks, and content we provide are ours. You get a license to use for personal use only. Don’t share or resell.

8. Testimonials

With your permission, we may use anonymized feedback or your testimonial for marketing.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided “as is.” We’re not liable for indirect damages.

10. Termination

Either party can end coaching at any time. No refunds for sessions already delivered.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by California law. Disputes resolved in Los Angeles, CA.

12. Changes

We can update terms. Continued use after posting = acceptance.
