- Automatic: IP address, browser type, pages visited via Squarespace Analytics

- Third parties: Google Calendar for scheduling, Google Meet/Zoom for calls

3. How we use your data

- Deliver coaching sessions + send scheduling/payment links

- Send session reminders and follow-up resources

- Improve our website and services

- Legal compliance and fraud prevention

We do NOT sell your data.

4. How we share data

We share data only with:

- Google Workspace: For calendar, email, video calls

- Zoom: If used for calls

- Squarespace: Our website host

All are GDPR/CCPA compliant. We don’t share data with advertisers.

5. Cookies

Squarespace uses essential cookies to run the site. Google Analytics may be used to see traffic. You can block cookies in your browser.

6. Data retention

Client notes kept 7 years for legal/tax reasons. Email list: until you unsubscribe. You can request deletion anytime unless we’re legally required to keep it.

Email support@charlenemankou.com to: access, correct, delete, or export your data. Unsubscribe from emails at any time via link in footer.

8. Security

We use SSL, Google Workspace security compliance. But no online system is 100% secure.
